File not restore


RSTLIB, AS/400 backup

I rstlib from tape. Some of the files restore, some do not, Message say it is damaged. Load another tape from same facility and same messages. ALso get problem form another facility. Some I do not. I replaced out type drive. Still have problem. Is it the other facilities tape drive? Need a PTF? Some tapes will restore.

It seems that the problem is the save libl system is at V5R4M5 and the restore system is at V5R4M0. IBM has a PTF for the fix on the V5R4M5 system
