 File Menu in Word missing
The FILE menu from the top of WORD is missing. For example, I have EDIT, VIEW, etc on the top but not FILE on the upper left. I have tried un-install and re-install but FILE is still missing. Can someone help with this bug or possible system error?

Sorry, this does not work. I remember this happened once before (a few years ago). Someone showed me how to go into a Windows system file and make a change to fix the problem.

I followed the directions to delete and recreate the corrupt registry values for Word, however, I’m still missing the FILE from the menu. Here’s a screen capture: http://www.missingaircrew.com/images/screen.jpg. Any additional ideas???
