File Extension .tdcsv


File extensions

While saving a pdf or a tif file, my customer's software is automatically adding the file extension of .tdcsv to the name of the file. This doesn't normally happen. Doos anyone know why this could be happening?

Can you give me some more information? What program is doing this? If you rename the file back to the appropriate extension does it work? What is the OS of this machine?

If you just create a file on the desktop with the .pdf or .tiff extension does it change?
