Field reference file
2. Can I delete a field reference file if I have other files which refer this field reference file?

Yes
The onlyu time it is needed is when you are creating objects and you are referencing it.
BUT remember, if you delete it and then need to recreate an object, that will fail until you change the refreence in the source.
