Fetching Duplicate records from a file

Hi,
I have file EMP: with ID,name,Department columns. Id as key field. There are more than a billion records with 50,000 duplicate records .I just want to fetch only those duplicate records on a single query.

    select count(*), ID,name,Department  from emp

    Group by ID,name,Department

    Having count(*) > 1
