meaning of User mod flag in RTVCLSRC info

When I do a RTVCLSRC, the header comments in the new source, which provide some information about the program have:  "User mod flag -- *YES" I can't determine what the means. Does anyone know what that signifies? Software/Hardware used: AS/400

missing text in received text messages
