Please, I need a faster way to do this: For the new Firefox update, how can I get quick access to 'remove individual cookies'. I know the normal way but that's too slow / I do this way too much.

There is no easy way to do this in Firefox as a standalone feature. You may need an add-on or an app to do this unless you can write your own. I would be curious as to what cookies you want to clear and why not just block them in the first place? There are a few good links online that give step by step tips on blocking cookies for a website.

As you asked for individual, assuming you wanted to delete by your choice not all cookies. For this purpose, you can click History menu and under Clear recent history, you can delete one by one as per your selection. Or for more better way, you can download/ install this add-ons for the same purpose: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/selectivecookiedelete/

If you don't want for a particular website cookie or for several websites, you can block them easily which is available in Firefox features.
