Are you using Kerberos on your network? If not, this isn't a problem and can be ignored. If you are, and you haven't setup an SPN you'll need to have a domain admin do this on your domain controller. This <a href="http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/library/318642de-15a3-4478-beb0-8022696def511033.mspx?mfr=true">page </a>gives an example on how to setup an SPN for the SQL Server.
