 Failed install that retries constantly

We have a system that the Earthlink toolbar install failed and everytime windows explorer opens the toolbar tries to reinstall and fails. Where do I look to prevent or remove this action from happening. Rich

If you have a copy of Norton System Works, try running the "Windows" check from the CD, and look at the results. When running from the CD, the "Undo" function is not available, but when you look at the test results, it should help guide you into cleaning up whatever invalid state the install has gotten itself into. Probably an entry being put in the ‘Runonce’ registry key for each time it trys?
