Hi, Just installed fax 400 and want to use the Sbmfax command. I have a PO entry pgm which calls a print po pgm which creates the spool file I want to fax. I was going to call the cl which submits the SBMFAX command and only pass in the Fax# which I will get from the vendor file. When I attempted to do this the po entry pgm bombed. the dump said " Cannot resolve to object macfax. Type and Subtype X'0201' Authority X'0000'." Not sure if I did something wrong. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance Veronicapa

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Sounds like you hava a library list issue. The vendor would probably be a better resource for this.

My recollection the FAX400 is a but hazy, but the actual SBMFAX requires a number of parameters SBMFAX TYPE(*BCH) OPTION(*SPLEXIST) DEST(&ID) + FILE(&SPLFIL) SPLNBR(&SPLNUM) Hope this helps
