In AS/400, f24 key is not working when I do the keyboard mapping as shift+f12 only on thin client systems, up to f23 is working fine. Only problem is with the f24 key, no change occurs on the screen but it same mapping works fine on laptops and desktops. Although I tried using mapping CTRL+f12 to make f24, it worked but when the system logs off and login back, issue occurs again. Please advise, urgently...Thanks

If you are using keyboard mapping, it means your are using a terminal emulator program. . So, what are you running the program on? What is the device? What is your OS? What emulator are you using? If it is iSeries Access, what version is it and what service level does it have? . With iSeries Access, there is usually no mapping needed for F-keys. They are part of a default setup. . Tom
