Is there anyway to extract the Exchange mailboxes from my priv.edb database to a .PST file without mounting it back on? Is there a utility that I can use?

Exchange server database corruption is a very common and unexpected problem ...   If it was a particularly common and difficult problem, Exchange would quickly die as a product. What is common is your anonymous spam for your product. We should assume that your product doesn't work well, is too expensive for what it does or has poor customer support (or maybe all three). Otherwise you wouldn't have to resort to searching for old problems that you could attach your spam to. If it was any good, satisfied customers would recommend your product for you and you wouldn't need to be anonymous.   Tom

Besides that, this isn't even a question about "Exchange server database corruption". That's a pretty good indication that you're not interested in helping.   Tom

If you have NetApp storage they have a great utility called Single Mailbox Recovery for Exchange http://www.netapp.com/uk/products/management-software/single-mailbox-recovery.aspx which can open a source EDB database file. Once opened you can see the mailboxes therein and even individual mail messages in folders can be accessed. The messages or full mailboxes can be output to a target PST file or another Exchange server database.

You can either opt for manual conversion using PowerShell by following the given link: http://mailsolution.hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Export-Mailboxes-EDB-to-PST-in-Exchange-2010-using-PowerShell or for third party tool.
