We are using Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003. Now we want to collect all the planned activities from a specific group of people using Exchange calendar on a regular basis, say on every Monday morning.
These data will then be sorted and generate a report for my boss.
How can this be done? And How?
How much admin rights do I need to achieve the task?
