Hey, This is strange problem we are facing occasionally.Sometimes our external mails get stuck in our queue and the mails will not be delivered to the user mailbox. The internal mails will work fine. Then once we restart the frontend all the mails will get delivered and the queue will be cleared. It is happening with us from last few days occasionally. Im not able to find the exact reason for this problem . So, please help me to solve this issue.. Thanks Asif

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

I would suggest you update to the latest exchange service pack first then add additional updates available as soon as possible and see if the problem is resolved. Update your OS as well.

Do you have all the latest service packs and patches for Exchange 2003 installed? It's a place to start if not.
