 External email restrictions
Most users in company have to be able to have unrestricted external and internal email. One group of users has to have unrestricted internal email, but they should be able to send external email just to one client. Is there any safe way to do it with Exchange 2003?

Answer Wiki:
I come from a Lotus Notes environment, but if you are using a mail filter, you may start there. On our device we block emails that are auto-forwarded. If a user has a mail rule to auto-forward to an external address, the mail filter drops the email, unless they are in an allow list. Are you sending directly out from exchange or though a mail filter?
