Hi

Is it advisable to allow external email addresses into a corporations gal ?

Assuming not, what is the best way to allow them ?

Adding external email addresses will not be good. You would have to create mail enabled contacts for all of them. It is very difficult to maintain. What you can do is use a public folder. Create a CSV of your data, import it to Outlook as contacts and just drag them to the public folder.
