I have some fields in an Access database that I want to use in Outlook. I want to take the First name, last name and email fields from this table and put them into my Contact List in Outlook. Is there an easy way to do this? I have tried exporting the db1 file and importing it but I get an error. "An error has occurred in the Microsoft Access translator while getting the contents of a file system. Outlook was unable to retrieve the data from the file "blah blah" Verify that you have the correct file, that you have permission to open it, and that it is not open in another program." Every now and again it will work but it doesn't take over the email address. Any ideas?
