OPen outlook and click on File > Import/Export > Export to a PST > Follow the prompts and there will be a screen with what you want to export, select just the contacts and save it somewhere you can find later. Next step, on the new outlook account, File > Import/Export > Import from a PST. Find the PST you saved earlier and tell it to import into the same location. The contacts should all appear in the new outlook account.
