 Export just one of multiple contact folders in Outlook
I have multiple contact folders in Outlook. I want to export just one of these folders to Excel, but the wizard takes all the folders. I want to upload to Vertical Response

Tell us what it is that you did specifically. Are your additional contacts folders sub-folders of the main one for instance? Or are they the same level as the main contacts folder, just listed directly below the main one on the folder list? Which folder are you trying to export, the main one? And does it have sub-folders? If this is the case try moving the contacts folders to the same level as the main one and do your export again so that the folder you want to export has no sub-folders.

Now that’s weird! I want to do just the OPPOSITE and upload ALL my contacts, but the wizard will only take one at a time …. how are you getting it do do all at once???
