Q:
Executing Oracle stored procedure from SQL server
Using a linked server I can't seem to execute an Oracle SP from SQL. The Oracle SP requires 5 parameters and returns a cursor to a record set. The error I get suggests a syntax issue. OLE DB provider "MSDAORA" for linked server "PASSRPT" returned message "Syntax error in {resultset...} ODBC Escape.".
Do I need to include the column names in the resultset portion of the call? Any advice at all would be appreciated.
