 Exchange 2007
I have single domain controller on windows 2003 server and organization have exchnage 2007 with HUB,Clientaccess,MailBox roles i need to reinstall exchnage 2007 on new hardware with same roles what steps should i have to take before reinstall Ex2007, should i have some work to do in Domain controller

There is no work to do on your domain controller. Your domain is already setup and ready for Exchange 2007. Installing Exchange 2007 on your new hardware will not require any additional preparations.

in terms of preparation you need to check for any customizations you made to exchange on 2003
most of the setings that you need will be taken automatically by new exchange , like URLs and conectors
