Exchange’s All Address Lists missing in Outlook
I just installed Exchange 2007 with SP1 running on a Windows 2008 server. When I open the address book in Outlook 2007, I do not see the "All Address Lists" where supposed to be "All Contacts", "All Groups", "All Rooms" and "All Users" are under it. I only see the "Outlook Address Book" and the "Global Address List". This occurs in both non-cached and cached Exchange mode. A solution to this issue is greatly appreciated because I spent almost the whole day today trying to find one. Thanks in advanced.

Answer Wiki:
Is this happening to all users or just you? If just you try removing and re-creating your profile in Outlook, take Outlook off of cached mode if it is in cached mode. Do a send/receive of the offline address book and if you are getting errors please say what they are exactly. Thank you.

Allmist44, please start a new question and provide details. Is this a new installation of Exchange or a migration/upgrade? What version of Exchange and what version of Outlook? Are you getting errors on the address book when you do a send/receive, if so what are they? Include as many details as possible in your question so we can best assist you. Thanks!
