 Exchange/Outlook Shared Contacts fault.
Exchange/Outlook Shared Contacts fault. Site setup: SBS2003 R2 + a Terminal Server. All staff running on the Term server with basic office setup. I have set up my customer with a single shared contact list. Its a Public Contact List folder set as default in the Outlook clients tools. It is set as default for adding/searching etc. Its working about 33%. If I click on 'TO' in Outlook it is indeed set as the default. if I try and add a contact via right clicking on a senders email address it puts the contact in to the clients personal Outlook contacts. I really want this information in the Public contacts. Can you suggest where I might look ? Thanks

Answer Wiki:
Outlook will create a new contact in the user's personal mailbox using this method. In order to create the contact in the public folder you will need to do it manually in the public folder. This is the default coding for Outlook, sorry.
