I hope that you can help me. I'm in the process of doing an Echange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 migration. I have most of the users moved over to the new Exchange Server and mail is flowing. I have one user I've moved about two weeks ago and everything was OK until last week. The user used our VPN connection to connect her Outlook after she finished using Outlook and disconnect, we are unable to get mail from her account, even logging in from a different machine we cannot get into her mail account.
So I moved her mail account back to the Exchange 5.5 server and we were able to get access to her mail account.
I'm confused about the whole thing, I'd really appreciate the help.
