Dear Support,
i removed an existing active dir. user profile while leaving that user's exchange mailbox intact. then recreated a domain account in active directory for the same user (same login).
Now i can't get the user's name to resolve or reconnect the mailbox.
The reconnect task for exchange tasks is greyed out.
any advice/support is appreciated,
