Why would a username appear as the last user to logon to another users mailbox from the Exchange Admin Tool? I know that the user does not have access to perform this function. Any help would be appreciated. Regards, Kirk

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Even if that person has been granted view access to either the other’s calendar or specific folders (from the client which you can not see from the server) it would show up as a log on event. The display in System Manager is not refreshed and updated that frequently and I would not use that information for auditing.
