Exchange System Manager stops responding when attempting to access Public Folders
Everytime I click on Public Folders in Exchange System Manager, it stops responding. It is Exchange 2003 with all the latest service packs and updates. I don't know when it started doing this. It's a single BE server published on ISA 2006. Everything else seems to work fine including secure OWA, RPC over HTTPS, local, etc. I haven't used any Exchange tools yet for fear of .... I would like some other options before going that route. Any suggestions?

I have seen this before and Microsoft has a fix for it here. You can read about <a href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/832021"> it at this link.</a> They will include this hotfix in their next service pack. But if you want it before <a href="http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;%5Bln%5D;cntactms">then contact them via this link.</a>
Microsoft goes on to say:
. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 service pack that contains this hotfix.
