Exchange system manager
Exchange 2003, Outlook, Exchange System Manager, Outlook Web Access, OWA, Exchange mailbox management, Exchange Mailboxes
question:
If i go to system manager -> servers-> <servername>-first storage group-> mailbox store-> mailboxes, I can see the user mailbox size and Total Items increasing but the user don`t get the messages in Outlook or OWA. how can i resolve this.

Yes alle the user are having problems.

Its a small company < 10 they have changed from provider. the email domain is still the same. also they used to work as a workgroup but now are in a domain environment. all user where POP clients and want to move to exchange,

I just installed a new server all went well except exchange.
also in other question I asked about MX records and DNS.

I`m not shure if it has something to do with the configuration or DNS

All clients can sent email but can not receive email.

Is this a new installation?

If it is, have the clients been converted using the Connect Computer Wizard?
