Unable to receive emails on Exchange Server

Hello all, I have setup a Exchange Server in my office. I'm able to send mail but unable to receive it. I have registered domain name = bdaconnect.in and A records pointed to my static ip = 122.160.8.207 mail.bdaconnect.in and MX records is = mail.bdaconnect.in I named my Exchange Server machine = mail.bdaconnect.in. When I create a user and send mail over inter, they receive it but when I reply that main, my exchange user didn't net it and I also open the ports of my firewall 25,110,143 Please help. Thanks!

Hi,

Rebooting the firewall may fix the issue. The MX records are stored in the domain
name servers (DNS) as a record. The best way to test this is to go to http://www.dnsreport.com/ and run both tests on your domain name (your whatever.com name). That will let you know if there are any DNS MX records and what they are. If there is a common issue is will also give you some usefull information. If it is in fact a DNS MX issue you can run a WHOIS lookup to see who maintains your DNS records and that can be done at Network Solutions
www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp That should give you at least a email address to deal with if not a phone number.

    Hello Sir Thanks fro reply:) My DNS name registered on 2OCT, and today is 5 oct, the problem i am facing is that if i create any user on my exchange like abc@company.com it able to send mail to any mail ID over internet, but when in reply to that mail ID reply to abc@company.com , abc didn't receive any mails Thanks
