In Exchange Server, IMAP4 over SSL uses TCP port 993. To enable by command line…. perform the following:
netsh firewall set opmode disable
netsh firewall add portopening TCP 993 HTTP enable subnet
netsh firewall add portopening UDP 993 HTTP enable subnet
netsh firewall set opmode enable
OR
1. In Services snap-in > console tree, and click Services (Local)
2. In result pane tab, right-click Microsoft Exchange IMAP4, and click Properties
3. On General tab, under Startup, select Automatic, and then click Apply.
4. Under Service status, click Start, and then click OK.
and pass the command: Set-service msExchangeIMAP4 -startuptype automatic

In Exchange Server, POP3 over SSL uses port 995. To enable this….
1. Open Microsoft Exchange Management Shell and run the following command….
Set-service msExchangePOP3 -startuptype automatic
Now provide time to Exchange Shell to finish the POP3 configuration. Exit the Exchange Management Shell when it’s completed.

Thanks–

Have u read carefully the above suggestions. U can go for the 2nd option, and for pop3 see the port no 995 descriptions.
