You say you cannot send OR receive email. The additional information below says only that you cannot receive from your yahoo account. So please tell us the entire scope of your problem. Can you send to your yahoo account? Can you send and receive inside the organization? Do you get any non-delivery reports back to your yahoo account? Is this problem true for all users or just you?
