I am dealing with Exchange 2003. I have been tasked to setup a forward on the Exchange Server side to forward all incoming mail from one email address sent to one mailbox on the Exchange Server to another mailbox on the Exchange Server. I am not sure how this can be done on 2003.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You have to do it through Active Directory. On the Exchange General Tab, click “delivery options” and in the middle of that dialog box there is a place for a forwarding address. You can also select to deleiver to both the original and the forwarding address.
