Q:
Exchange Server 2000 not sending NDRs
I have two different sites with Exchange Server 2000 installed, and both are not sending non-delivery reports (NDRs) to the sender. It will only send a copy of the NDR to a specified recipient. Why might it do this?

There is a setting in the properties of the SMTP virtual server messages tab. There is a field there for "send a copy of Non-Delivery Report to:" Also if you go into the global setting, click internet message formats and then go to the properties of the default, see if "allow non-delivery reports" is checked.
