Q:
Exchange OWA
Hello Everyone. What would cause users that login to owa with their credentials to have another users email show up. Example: User A logs in and gets user B's email, user C logs in and also gets user B's email.   thank you

That’s a new one on me! Are they all logging into the same computer and getting each others’ emails or are they experiencing this issue from separate computers?

I know its got me frustrated. It doesnt matter what computer they use. but they were all seeing the same user b account even when they logged into owa with their own credentials. could something have happened on the IIS side

I thought perhaps if they were all logging into the same computer under a generic name the credentials were being stored, but that is obviously not the case. I have never heard this one, if it were me I would call MS for support.
