Exchange Mailbox Question
User got married, i changed everything in AD that needed to be changed, made the new email address and set it as primary, changed all account info to reflect new name. I also ran RUS, when the user emails it still has their old name as the display name, I checked AD and AD reflects the new married name. I checked the exchange server under mailboxes and it states the mailboxold name. Is this a time issue that has to wait for updates or did i miss something. The user wants to be able to send emails with her display name correct. I have checked everything, GAL is correct, displays the new name properly. Don't know what to do now.

In the AD account what does it say on the "simple display name" field? This is what will show on the emails from her. Also, if a user has her in their contacts under the old name. the old name will still display on emails from her. They will need to update their contacts with the new information as well. Have her send to an external email address and see what is displayed on that account.
