There's no stand alone certification for MS Exchange Server. You have to get a cert on either a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) with Exchange Server as one of the Elective requirements.

I am not sure if that was just from last year, but Microsoft does have a certification for just Exchange, it is the MCTS, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist - Exchange 2007.
