 Exchange Kiosk Access
Hello, This is my first post on IT Knowledge Exchange so please bare with me. I am setting up an Interent Kiosk for our mobile users. This PC will be on our domain internally and will use a generic login for anyone choosing to use the station. I want to be able to setup this PC to let the users log into their email through our mixed Exchange 2003/2007 server. Currently when trying to use our OWA access it will only allow access to an email box for the logged in user (winlogon). How can I set it up to allow the users to use the generic login for the PC but then use their own login for access to their email? The PC is on XP with all the latest SP's. Thanks, Brandon

Answer Wiki:
I believe it has to do with the type of authentication methods you are allowing on your Exchange IIS virtual directory. On ours, we have integrated Windows authentication turned off, and basic authentication on. This forces a username/password prompt for our users when they go to our OWA site. --Koohiisan
