Sir, it is ok that My domain controller is server 2003 Standard Ed, then i am going to install a separate server for my exchange , which i use server 2003 enterprises for my exchange server. my target that i am going to use a enterprises for my exchange server .plss advice me.

Yes that is an acceptable configuration. You need to use Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition or Datacenter (OEMs) only if you plan to use advanced features such as clustering.
