I have auto forwarding on Exchange 2003. i.e. email@example.com forwards to firstname.lastname@example.org. This was set up using a contact in active directory, then setting up the user exchange settings. I have four people set up like this and it works most of the time. Except every now and again, if a email is sent from a client with a pdf attachment to another internal person, the mailbox gets the message, then the forward mail is not delivered. The client gets a notification of none delivery, althoguh it got to the exchange mailbox. Now the forwarding kicks in and continually sends to the forwarding email a message which has [WARNING: A/V UNSCANNABLE]subject title. This gets sent every couple of minutes for about 3 days. Has anyone experienced this before? It happens on all users with forwarding, and appears to only happen on emails with pdf attachments. Thanks, Denis
