Answer Wiki:
Sounds like your receiving connector is setup to do reverse DNS lookups. The text "<b>Fix reverse DNS for 41.223.61.90,or use your ISP server ##</b>" is the indicator of this. Not all organizations have setup reverse DNS and some e-mail systems do this to reduce spamming but as you see, it can also stop legitimate e-mails. To learn more about reverse DNS see this <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_DNS_lookup#Reverse_DNS_requirement">Wikipedia entry</a>. To fix it take a look at these suggestions: <a href="http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2168540&SiteID=17">Technet forum posting</a> <a href="http://searchexchange.techtarget.com/generic/0,295582,sid43_gci1243413,00.html">DNS & Exchange</a> <a href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/297412/">Microsoft KB 297412</a>
