Hi ALL, I can't mount the database in Exchange Server 2013. I have run “Eseutil /mh” and confirm that database is in dirty shutdown state. Now, can anyone tell me the step by step procedure to make it in clean shutdown state.

You did not mention here either log files are in clean state/ is missing ! If first guess is OK, you can overcome this issue by doing a soft recovery process by providing the following command:
eseutil /r enn /L[location of log file] /s[location of checkpoint file] /d[location of database file] /i
Here (/r enn i.e. the log file prefix) and hope rest of the syntax you know about that.

Sound seems your Exchange database remained dirty after run ESEUTIL/R. Here is the step-by-step guide http://blogs.technet.com/b/mspfe/archive/2012/09/06/why-exchange-databases-might-remain-dirty-after-eseutil-r-recovery.aspx
