I inadvertently changed all the user permissions and now no one has Owner rights. How do I create an owner or change permissions, or delete this public calendar that's on the exchange that came with SBS2003?

Correct me if I am wrong, but it sounds like you mean you changed the permissions for one specific public calendar, correct? If that is the case, any folders you need to change the permissions for can be done using the PFDAVAdmin tool which is a free tool from Microsoft. Download version 2.8 and install it on your pc, not the exchange server. You will be able to access any and all public folders and change permissions whether you are listed as an owner on them or not provided you have the necessary exchange admin permissions.
