h,
we have two CAS-HUB server running with exchange 2010, the problem i facing is that CAS-HUB1 is responding very slow and whereas CASHUB2 is working fine, can any one tell me what is the cause for the slowness on CASHUB1.

Are the servers identical? Have you load balanced them? if not one of them will function as the HT and the other will effectively be a standby

no, there isn’t any other application other than exchange service, when we connecting to active directory and exchange console it taking lot of time to respond.

Pull out the performance monitor and monitor the various performance points such as disk activity and communications. Take a look at services in Task Manager to see if there is a process that is eating up a lot of CPUs, then determine why. Look at the various logs in Event viewer for warnings and errors. Look at the logs that Exchange creates for its various functions.One or more of these options should give you at least a clue as to why this server is slow to respond.
