Questions… I’m assuming your running two Exchange servers for load balancing…i.e. different IS’s on each box supporting unique mailboxes? If your config is for redundancy you may be having a conflict. Try shutting down OWA on the working box and see what happens.

Where are your servers placed..on the trusted side of the network or in a DMZ? If on the trusted side, check that you have opened the proper ports on your firewall for OWA server 2.

Not sure what the exact error is you are getting. a little more info would be helpful.
