Questions... I&#039;m assuming your running two Exchange servers for load balancing...i.e. different IS&#039;s on each box supporting unique mailboxes? If your config is for redundancy you may be having a conflict. Try shutting down OWA on the working box and see what happens.

Where are your servers placed..on the trusted side of the network or in a DMZ? If on the trusted side, check that you have opened the proper ports on your firewall for OWA server 2.
