Hello.
Running Exchange 2010 SP2
Have a request to do the following:
1.  Generate a list of meetings that no longer have an active employee as the organizer.
2.  Generate a list of meetings that no longer have any active employees as attendees including organizer.
I have been looking for a way to do this but the only things I can find is if you know the employee that is terminated or no longer active in AD, you can then run some commands to remove those specific meetings from the room mailbox, but there is nothing out there that will pull back a list of all meetings in a room calendar with the organizer and attendee information, and then check if they are disabled accounts in AD or just do not exist and then spit out a list and correlate the two.
Seems like a tall order, but if anyone has any ideas or working scripts I would be more than happy to test them out in my test lab to see if they work.
Ultimate goal is to find all meetings in all conf room calendars that have organizers that no longer work at the company or have disabled account to be able to remove them to cleanup the rooms.  Also to see if there are any meetings out there that have attendees that are no longer active or disabled as well as the organizer.
If meetings are found that have active attendees, but not an active organizer, then we can simply find out who needs to be the owner and have them recreate the meeting request.
Hope someone has some mad skills out there.

That's lot of things on One BIG question ;)
One way to find out the Inactive members of Organizer is to check the last LogOn time stamp. This will run on Assumption, as if the user's last logon is 90 days old then you will have to assume that he or she is not a part of your organization. As per your requirement, this script needs some testing and it's hard find ready made scripting. Can check out in the LAB if it works ...
