 Exchange 2010 Guest Backup
I am debating on purchasing Exchange 2007 or 2010. As of sp2 of 2007 you can do a host backup with a exchange 2007 guest and it will do the exchange back and clear the log files. My question is does exchange 2010 do the same thing? or do i have it wrong about 2007?

Software/Hardware used:
Server 2008 hyper V

We have windows enterprise edition installed. As the host, and as the guest.

My question still is can i use the new server backup tool in 08 that is installed on the host to backup the guest exchange.

I will also look into lcr and dag. If this would be a better solution for backups let me know.
