Exchange 2007on SBS
Hi, I am setting up a exchange 2007 for 12 users and was wondering how to setup the email addresses. The domain is called URS.Local, but historically the users used pop to download their emails, and their email addresses will be different to the domain so do i have to add a secondary address? And how will it work when sending emails? What i intend to do is change the mx records for the domain to come to my router and i will then open port 25 and let exchange listen to the router

Answer Wiki:
What you'll need to do is setup another inbound domain which would be your public domain name. Then setup the mail boxes so that they have an email address using the public domain name and make that the default email address.
