I tried adding the "tsmoptfile=dsm.opt." to the shortcut, still no go. As stated before the instructions i found say I can change the shortcut to the GUI to include /excserver=exchangeservername for the GUI to open on a clustered server by adding it to target field, but the target field is grayed out and it doesn't work if I create a new shortcut either with that addition. For now I just open the GUI using the command line instead. At least that works. I just wish I could get the GUI icon to work. Oh well. Thanks anyway.
