I also highly recommend using the <a href="http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb508858(EXCHG.65).aspx">PFDAVAdmin tool </a>for bulk operations or to access permissions on folders you may get "locked out" of. Dowmnload version 2.8 to your pc, not the exchange server.
