Exchange 2007 Removing a user from mulitple distribution list

I have a user who was added to about 20 distribution lists and I need to delete the user from the distribution list. Is there a way that I can globally remove the user from all distribution list in an OU.

Here's a simple way:

1. In ADUC, open the Properties window for the user account.
2. Click on the Member Of tab and highlight all groups you want to remove the user from.
3. Click on Remove.
